Since the last update a lot more people have dinged 80 and entered Naxxramas. Currently we are at 12/15 with only the four horsemen, Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad to beat in guild progress.
Currently we are running two raid teams almost every week. Since we still lack a bit in the healers and tanks we had to ask some friends to help us, for which we like too thank Eldwin, Colt and others. Hopefully more healers will be come availible in the guild soon and we are still recruiting tanks and healers (as is everybody else).
The important thing is though that most of us who want to raid get to raid and have a good time. Of course sometimes things will go less smoothly or lessons are to be learned on a boss, but that is raiding and we are pretty content with the progress all our members have made. Keep up the good work!
On a side note I like to stress the importance of hit and defense caps, buff foods and elixers/flasks/potions. These are vital for raid succes. DPS doesn't mean anything when your hits or spells aren't landing on the boss, food gives you extra hitrating to do just that or strenght, attack power and always extra stamina allowing just that extra tick or hit. Healing and mana potions are mandatory for raiding and elixers/flasks can make a difference between wipe or succes. I know most of you have them most of the time but lets make this always.
Regular raiding will be on wednesday/monday generally but the wednesday teams can decide on a different day if needed. If people however think that there is motivation and support for another day they can contact Tripedius. However he will be harsh on those who waste his time ;P.
All in all, lets make 2009 the year in which we kill Arthas!
